Both vessels have a card machine, we do not accept Cheque or American Express but do accept Contactless Payments & Apple Pay. M.V Cockney Sparrow has one fully-licensed bar on-board. The bars serves a wide range of beers, ciders, wines, spirits & soft drinks. The vessel has a card machine but does not not accept Cheque or American Express. As M.V Cockney Sparrow is operated by a separate company we cannot guarantee that hot drinks or snacks will be available on-board.

All of our vessels utilise “portable” water stored in storage tanks on-board, we do not recommend drinking this water.

Cruceros Públicos | Passengers can bring light snacks & soft drink on-board our public cruises. As our vessels are licensed premises we do not allow any alcohol to be brought on-board. The crew are authorised to confiscate any alcohol that is brought on-board. Passengers who appear to be drunk or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted to board the vessel.

Chárters Privados | We do not allow any food to be brought aboard without the prior consent of Viscount Cruises. Own Catering must be arranged when booking your private charter, there is a £150 (+VAT) Own Catering Surcharge to cover rubbish disposal. Viscount Cruises catering equipment & facilities are not available for use by outside caterers. We do not permit guests to bring alcoholic beverages on-board & corkage is not available, the crew are authorised to confiscate any alcohol that is brought on-board. Passengers who appear to be drunk or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted to board the vessel.

Unfortunately we do not have internet access on-board any of our vessels.

Sunday Evening Cruise / London Christmas Cruises | There are no stops on either of these cruises, the vessel will depart Greenwich Pier for a 2-Hour cruise & return to Greenwich Pier for disembarkation.

Battersea Park Fireworks Cruises / Lord Mayor’s Fireworks Cruises / Tall Ships Fireworks Cruises | There are no stops on our Firework Cruises, the vessel will depart the stated Departure Pier & return to the stated Return Pier. Timings for these cruises are available on the event pages.

Shared New Year’s Eve Boat Parties | There are no stops on our Shared New Year’s Eve Cruises, the vessel will depart the stated Departure Pier for a 5-Hour cruise & return to the stated Return Pier.

Thames River Services | Thames River Services cruises travel from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier (with a short stop at St. Katharine Pier to collect extra passengers if required (Passengers wishing to travel from Westminster Pier to St. Katharine Pier / St. Katharine Pier to Westminster Pier must travel with Circular Cruise Westminster). After arriving at Greenwich the boats return to London stopping at St. Katharine Pier (if required) then on to Westminster Pier.

Between Select dates from April – October some sailings continue from Greenwich Pier to the Thames Barrier, this cruise is a 1-Hour round trip which does not stop at Barrier Gardens Pier (passengers who do not wish to travel to the Thames Barrier but would like to return to Westminster Pier / St. Katharine Pier will be required to change boat at Greenwich Pier). Groups can arrange to be dropped off or collected from Barrier Gardens Pier (pickup/drop-off is only available when booking direct through Thames River Services).
