COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

Thames River Sightseeing are currently operating on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have reduced our passenger numbers to allow social distancing. Unfortunately our café bars will not be open until further notice. We will also not be able to provide a live commentary on any services however our Audio Guide is still available in six languages through your smartphone (find out more). Our service will be calling at Westminster Pier, Embankment Pier, St. Katharine Pier & Greenwich Pier. We are not operating from Festival Pier or Bankside Pier at the current time. We are not offering cruises to the Thames Barrier until further notice. We are also limiting passenger numbers on all our cruises & we are regularly cleaning each vessel to ensure the safety & comfort of our passengers & team members.

We strongly advise booking your tickets in advance online.

Tickets can be purchased at: www.viscountcruises.com.

You can present printed tickets or show us your tickets on a smart phone / tablet.

Passengers required to wear a face covering while on the pier.

We request that passengers wear face covering while boarding, disembarking & while moving around the vessel.

Passengers with an exemption may travel without a face covering if they consider it safe to do so.

We have limited our capacity to ensure social distancing. Please help us to maintain social distancing by keeping a minimum of 1-metre away from other passengers while on the pier & on-board the vessel. Where possible a 2-metre distance is recommended.

We have implemented a thorough cleaning routine on-board our vessels.

Please help us to keep the vessels clean by placing your rubbish in the bins provided on-board.

We have closed areas & seating on-board some of our vessels to help maintain social distancing.

Please do not enter closed areas or sit on chairs or at tables which have been marked closed.

The Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve Firework Display has been cancelled, as a result we have chosen not to operate our Shared New Year’s Eve Boat Parties.

If you have tickets for a cruise that is cancelled we will contact you to arrange a full refund or the option to re-book at a later date.
