Tenga en cuenta: Bankside Pier is only staffed at peak times. We advise passengers to arrive at Bankside no later than 15 minutes before your chosen departure & wait at the far end of the pier (closest to the Millennium Footbridge).
Our boats only call at Bankside Pier on the journey downriver. If you have booked a return trip your return will travel to Westminster Pier via Tower Bridge Quay. Passengers may be required to change boat at Tower Bridge Quay to return to Westminster Pier.
