Sunday Evening Cruise, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Below we’ve listed some of our most frequently asked questions for our Sunday Evening Cruises.
Will COVID-19 affect your cruises?
As part of our commitment to safeguard our guests & colleagues we have made a number of changes to our public sightseeing cruises.
We are reducing passenger numbers to provide a comfortable environment for all, with plenty of social distancing & seating both inside & outside.
Tickets for our Sunday Evening Cruises are currently available through our online store. If you book tickets but choose not to cancel because of COVID-19 we will provide a 100% refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
Any suspensions to our public cruises will be announced through our social media channels & on our dedicated COVID-19 page. In the event of a cancellation we will contact each booking individually by email.
What times are the departures?
During May, June, July & August Sunday Evening Cruise boards at 18:45, departs at 19:00 & returns at 21:00.
During September Sunday Evening Cruise boards at 18:15, departs at 18:30 & returns at 20:30.
Why are the departure times different in September?
In 2019 we chose to move our September Sunday Evening Cruises forward by 30-minutes. This was so the cruise takes place during sunset & we spend less time running under the cover of darkness. Moving September evening cruises forward by 30-minutes also allows passengers more time to travel home after the cruise.
How often are the departures?
Sunday Evening Cruise operates every Sunday during May, June, July & August & September.
How do I book Sunday Evening Cruise tickets?
We recommend booking Sunday Evening Cruise tickets online through www.viscountcruises.com however you can also book at the ticket office at Greenwich Pier (open on Sundays: 17:00-18:45). We strongly recommend booking online during June, July & August as the cruises can become very busy.

Sunday Evening Cruise is a 2-hour round trip. There are no stops, the cruise departs Greenwich Pier & returns to Greenwich Pier.
