Whether it be a Bank Holiday, Half Term or the Summer Holidays the River Thames makes a great day out for the whole family. We operate daytime cruises with Thames River Sightseeing daily throughout the year with sailings through the Thames Barrier between April & October. We also operate our 2-Hour Sunday Evening Cruise from Greenwich Pier every Sunday between May & September.
A wide number of festivals & events take place along the river including the Greenwich + Docklands International Festival, Totally Thames, Open House London, Open Garden Squares Weekend & the Lord Mayor’s Show. Take a cruise through the Thames Flood Barrier This week is our last week of cruises to the Thames Flood Barrier. Five barrier boats depart Westminster Pier, St. Katharine Pier & Greenwich Pier everyday. The final sailing of the season is on Sunday 28th October. After departing Greenwich Pier the cruise travels downriver past the Old Royal Naval College, the O2, under the Emirates Airline Cable Car & through the Thames Barrier before turning & cruising back to Greenwich.
