Each & every event is unique & each year our caterers prepare a range of mouthwatering menus perfect for every occasion. We can provide canapés, buffets, barbecues & fine dining on-board our passenger boats. Each & every dish is freshly prepared & our catering team maintain the highest standards ensuring we provide great tasting food on every event.
Our caterers can also accommodate a range of dietary requirements on request.
Canapés are perfect for greeting your guests when they arrive or for more informal events including social gatherings & transfers.
Our Fine Dining options bring clients back year after year & with a range of dishes to choose from you can create your own menu based on your tastes. Our extensive range of wines perfectly compliment our dining menus.
Bowl food is an excellent choice for an event which requires food more substantial than a finger buffet but less formal than a fork buffet or seated dinner.
Finger buffets are a lighter option than a fork buffet but with more to offer than Canapés.
A two or three course fork buffet is a more substantial choice than a finger buffet & a popular choice for celebrations. We have a selection of warming dishes including Lancashire Hotpot, Ratatouille & Welsh Lamb Tagine.
Our delicious barbecue menus are perfect for summer events, we have a wide range of options all prepared on-board by our chefs. The barbecue is cooked on the outdoor deck (undercover in inclement weather) & served in the comfort of the saloon. Burgers, sausages, kebabs & our chef’s seasonal salads are just a few of the choices
If you wish to provide your own catering for your charter there will be a £150 Surcharge. Viscount Cruises kitchens and equipment are not available for use by outside caterers.
